Description: We're looking for a dynamic and skilled Technical Writer to join our team, bringing 2-3 years of experience to the table. As we strive to enhance our product documentation, FAQs, articles, release notes, newsletters, and website content, we need someone who can seamlessly translate technical details into user-friendly and engaging material.

Desired skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in English/Journalism/Marketing or a related field
  • Should have outstanding writing and editing skills in English.
  • Experience working as a content writer in B2B SaaS companies is a plus.
Responsibilities:

·         Prepare FAQs by liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure that documentation is up to date and in sync with the current and upcoming releases.
·         Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines.
·         Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's vision and mission to inspire ideas and content.
·         Develop hardware and software User Guides, Installation Procedures, Release Notes, and Product Datasheets.
·         Ensure that new and existing documents and content are up-to-date, accurate, and under proper revision control.
·         Become well-versed in all aspects of product, support, and client relations to handle any queries that may arise.
·         Coordinate with multiple internal teams to understand and then deliver on the KRA’s set.
