Description: We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer (Backend) for an exciting opportunity to work with a growing product company in Bangalore with multi-geography operations. Candidates with relevant experience can be considered for the senior software engineer role.

● Proficiency in Java programming. Minimum 2 years of experience is required.
● Proficiency in SQL. Minimum 2 years of experience working with any SQL database is required.
● Experience working with server-side applications on any runtime/platform
● Bonus: experience with NodeJS
● Bonus: experience with AWS EC2, Lambda, S3, SQS (or equivalents from other cloud providers)
● Bonus: experience with Angular
● Must have experience of working in a collaborative environment. Knowledge of Git is a must.
● Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
● Ability to plan and execute code changes based on high-level requirements from a product team.
● Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
● Good communication skills and an attitude to learning new technologies are a must.
● Eagerness to learn new skills needed for your job and put them into practice.
Responsibilities:
1) Develop, deploy, maintain and monitor java programs on the server side.
2) Create and maintain ETLs from different sources to a PostgreSQL database.
