Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a talented full stack developer for an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing AI startup with multi-geography operations.

(We are fully remote during COVID19, and will evolve to a flexible remote-accepted mode going forward)

• As a full stack developer your key responsibility will be to build great UI for frontend applications, and enhance our backend services using cutting edge tools and practices as per product and architecture teams’ specifications
• You are expected to understand the features and architecture of applications, contribute to the development of new features and document code diligently
• You will have the responsibility to write test cases for the code that you write, and work closely with the QA team to fix issues during testing
• Provide report/feedback to product teams on any issues that you may spot during application development in the UI / usage workflows

• Proficient/comfortable with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficient/comfortable with Javascript frameworks Angular and React
• Proficient with server-side frameworks/languages NodeJS/ Java/ Python
• Proficient with databases commonly used for building full stack.applications. Knowledge of SQL is a must. Familiarity with CouchDB would be a plus
• Must have experience of working in a collaborative envrionment. Experience with Git is must
• Experience of building and deploying full stack applications on the cloud. Familiarity with AWS/ Azure / IBM cloud will be a definite advantage
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms, and familiarity with building REST/CRUD APIs
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills and openness to learning new technologies is a must
• Eagerness to learn new skills and put them into practice
