About Role:

Designation/Role: Assistant Manager – Finance

Experience: 7-10 years of working experience handling accounting, reporting and compliance activities, preferably in enterprise SaaS or start-ups.

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager - Finance to manage the end-to-end finance operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance for LightMetrics and its subsidiary. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. This role requires effective communication and interaction with customers, vendors, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure the financial health and compliance of the organization

Desired Skills:

• Semi-qualified CA or B.Com.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Requires strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work both independently and with other personnel within the department and company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

·   To Manage day to day finance operations, recording of transaction in financial system up to finalization of books of accounts of the Company and its affiliates.
·   Preparing monthly invoices through collecting and utilising information from customer agreements, service usage, and through communication with Sales and Customer Success Team personnel
·   Providing administrative support with respect to the Customer billing on a daily basis as needed
·   Review and accounting for subcontractor and vendor invoices based on agreement  / PO.
·   Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables Management.
·   Weekly updating of cash flows & funds requirements.
·   Weekly Bank Reconciliation & Handling the Company and its affiliates Bank accounts.
·   Monthly Statutory dues remittance, reconciliation, and compliances– PF, PT, TDS, GST & any other applicable statutory dues for the Company and its affiliates.
·  Preparation of Financial Statements, Monthly & Quarterly MIS / Financial Reporting.
·   Preparation of Budgets, Monthly Forecasting Values and Variance Analysis.
·   Supporting & Maintaining the Subsidiaries Financial data along with consolidation of financial statements of the subsidiaries.
·   Liaison with external consultants, bankers, auditors and other service providers.
·   Ensure adherence to, standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and policies and procedures.  
·   Maintain finance database / Compliance/ records management & office support.
Perform other duties as assigned from time-to-time basis.
